If you need complete silence, we highly suggest booking the surrounding studios for a more controlled environment but we can not guarantee no noise pollution from other guest bookings that are in separate stages. Yes, I will be recording sound, and acknowledge and agree that this facility is not sound proof 👤 Renter Info * ▪︎ Name of the person representing and responsible for the booking. The name on a valid government-issued ID must match both the rental contract and the Certificate of Insurance. ▪︎ The rental contract will be sent after your booking date is approved and must be completed to confirm your reservation. Additional equipment is available for an extra fee. 📍Backdrops, furniture, and props shown in guest photos are not included. Accidents must be cleaned immediately; damage fees apply. ______ 🧰 PROPS & ART DEPT ▪︎ Fresh plants or flowers require a protective tarp underneath. ▪︎ Excessive water or any liquids are not permitted (even with a tarp) ▪︎ No messy or hard-to-clean materials: glitter, confetti, sand, paint, body paint, fake blood, foam, liquids, artificial snow, etc. Extra cleaning fee will be accessed by severity ▪︎ No flammables or fire hazards: smoke bombs, candles, etc. ▪︎ Spray painting or fabrication must be done outside; tarp required. ▪︎ No real weapons allowed. Prop weapons must be given notice prior approval. 💔 DAMAGES ▪︎ Additional fees may apply after walk-throughs for heavy smudges, stains, or damage. ▪︎ Scuffs, scratches, or wear may be present due to back-to-back ▪︎ No drilling or nails. Command strips/artist tape must be removed carefully. Damage fees start at $400+. ______ 📌 Live performances are allowed. 📌 Drums require pads or silencers. 📌 Nudity is allowed; pornography requires prior management approval 📌 Attendee count must include all crew, guardians, agents, etc. Extra fees apply for additional attendees than original size attendance booked. 📌 Excessive water or any liquids are not permitted (even with a tarp) 📌 No smoking inside the building. 📌 Hazer/fog/smoke machines: must use water-based fluid; $50 cleaning fee applies. 📌 Outside catering is allowed. 📌 Fresh flowers or foliage require a protective tarp underneath 📌 No messy or hard-to-clean materials: glitter, confetti, sand, paint, body paint, fake blood, foam, liquids, artificial snow, etc. 📌 No flammables or fire hazards: smoke bombs, candles, etc. 📌 Arrival: No entry earlier than 15 minutes before your booking 📌 Excessive or oversized trash is not permitted. There are no exceptions and can NOT be paid at a later date. We take payment in the form of a credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, No Amex), Paypal and Venmo. I have read and fully understand any additional charges must be paid by the end of my booking time. 📜 Insurance * A Certificate of Insurance is required for all direct bookings. If you can not provide a Certificate of Insurance, you must sign a Hold Harmless/Liability Waiver form before entering the premises. We are unable to delay repairs while waiting for insurance approval, as we must complete urgent fixes to accommodate upcoming bookings. ⚠️ For any damages that need to be filed and claimed through your insurance, please take clear photos and submit them directly to your provider for reimbursement.
